Both parts of the parent material to be welded shall be within the limits of thickness qualified, except that for dissimilar thickness parent materials there is no limit on the thickest part provided the qualification was performed on parent material of 30 mm or greater.(什么意思)-如果评定用的30或更厚的板,用于不等厚连接时,厚侧母材厚度可以不限
如果30mm与32mm不等厚做焊接工艺认可,多道焊,较薄板厚度范围可以是0.5t-2t即15mm-60mm,较厚厚度范围不限,对吗?当然,如果厚度相差大,会削斜。

For processes 114, 12 and 13 in which any pass is greater than 13 mm thick, the maximum parent metal thickness qualified shall be 1.1 t. 请问这句话是在表7和表8基础上对于114(自保护药芯焊丝电弧焊),12(埋弧焊),13(气体保护金属电弧焊)的更严格要求吗,因为在表7多道焊,母材可以覆盖到2t,这里是限制1.1t --引用了ASME IX的要求,重点是关注评定的试板中有单道的焊缝厚度超过13mm时,母材的评定范围为1.1t,主要可能是考虑热输入的原因吧

When impact testing is a requirement, the following applies:
- for test pieces 16 mm thick or greater, the minimum thickness qualified is 16 mm;
- for test pieces less than 16 mm thick, the minimum thickness qualified is the thickness of the test piece;
- for test piece thicknesses 6 mm and thinner, the minimum thickness qualified is 0,5 times the thickness of the test piece.
请问这三条要求与表7和表8是什么关系---引用了ASME IX的要求,表7,8是通用要求,这里是针对当产品有韧性冲击要求的时候,对母材的下限做了进一步限定FYI
