身為ASME8國內最大網應有的認知系列(1)：前言和ASME輔助資料的收集

    ASME8論壇發展至今，依個人來看，他已走到叉路/迷途上；ASME8內的會員們大致可分類：1. 純遊俠式，只會每天登陸簽到/回復帖子賺取搖搖樂和抽獎之米粒，等待下載他人資料的無賴會員(本論壇內屬此型之會員以NDE人員最為死忠)  2. 為快速累積分數/等級大量發佈國標/行業..等灌水標準(之所以視為灌水在於期貨性極為容易)，等達到目的後就從此不在上傳資料光等他人資料下載者   3. 註冊會載所需資料後就老死不往來行(還蠻多的)；但不管是哪一型，其基本問題都因回歸ASME8是否真正做到國內最大阿斯米論壇這件事上。

   經營ASME8論壇者(老闆們) 不知是否真正了解ASME (美國機械工程師協會)的範圍和其相關所有發行的標準/輔助資訊，別再說其延伸之引用標準了，如此經營者能了解的話，ASME8論壇微薄就不會規畫得如此薄弱。就以第 I卷來說，真的就只有ASME BPVC SEC.I 嗎？動力鍋爐的設計/製造/安裝/試車/運轉所需的周邊資料有多少，以最簡單的來說：媒/重油/天然氣/水力等天然資源之條件相關延伸資訊就會嚇死人了。
   個人在ASME發出第一個帖子至今也將近兩年了，看到是大家的中國傳統自私心態(外技不外傳)，好像我的是我的最好再拿下別人的，如此我的後盾就比別人強一分，對手減一個似的。身泱泱大國子民的作風應是如此嗎？說了也是白說，反倒讓會員嗎認為我自命清高+酷吏。好吧，我們就進入主題，讓大家知道ASME到底出了多輔助教材，如過ASME8是國內最大的ASME資料論壇，那這基本資料怎可不知和短缺，西大家共同努力分享，創造一個優質/豐富的資料庫在境內。
