Position Title: Nuclear and engineering product engineer

BROAD SCOPE AND PURPOSE OF POSITION:
1. Be responsible for nuclear product design and cross functional projects management (both domestic and international) to meet customer requirements_ Cost, schedule and quality
2. Be responsible for the regular communication with customer, operations, R+D, engineering team, quality, sourcing, planning to keep projects moving forward.

DETAILED DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Product design, cross functional project Management and delivery _ on time, on cost, on quality 70%

PRINCIPAL CHALLENGES:
• Be familiar to nuclear project regularities _ ASME VIII, RCC-M…. (Both domestic and international).
• Cooperate with cross function team to define goal, timeline, delivery
• Excellent project management skills to handle multi-projects
• Experienced in pressure vessel/nuclear products design and regularities.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and mandarin _ written and oral.
• Work across global boundaries to drive project success.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Knowledge of working with Global Nuclear customers regarding supply of products.
• Knowledge of ASME VIII, Rcc-M and other nuclear codes (preference on new experimental code).
• Ability to manage and review numerous nuclear projects, mainly in Asia, but also globally.
• Ability to manage and rationalize global product range of nuclear vessels, ensuring cost, quality and safety requirements are met.
• Have previously held a position of design authority for pressure vessels and nuclear products would be advantageous.
• Have suitable engineering degree in a related subject to Bachelors level or higher.
• Able to travel to customers and suppliers.
• Able to communicate well in English and coordinate skill/competence;
• Positive attitude to people and challenge;
• Basic lean and six sigma knowledge.
