在IX中,对于点焊的焊接工艺评定和技能评定需要有剪切试验。在QW196中有如下内容:
For spot and projection welds, each test specimen shall equal or exceed the minimum strength, and the average strength specified in the QW-462.10 tables for the appropriate material. Further,
for each set, 90% shall have shear strength values between 0.9 and 1.1 times the set average value. The remaining 10% shall lie between 0.8 and 1.2 times the set average
value.
这段话前部分很好理解,要保证剪切试验值大于表462.10的规定最少值。但后半部分average value该如何理解呢,本人认为应该是:在一组(一般是5个)剪切试验中,要保证每个试样都是大于规定的剪切力,而为了保证稳定性,该组中90%的试验值应该是在0.9—1.1倍的平均值之间 ,剩余的在0.8-1.2倍的平均值之间。这个平均值应该是通过计算得出的这一组剪切试验的实际平均值。但是在表QW-462.10,却又规定了一个min.avg. 这个min.avg.有何作用呢?难道是QW196中所说的average value? 不知大家是如何理解的呢
另外,翻了好几版的中译本,都没有将QW196.2.1翻译进去。
