请问ASME 打U钢印压力容器维修需要按照什么标准，有维修资质要求吗？（国内设计生产，出口国外）

出口到欧盟，根据PED_2014-68-EU，压力容器的维修改造一般PED是不覆盖的，具体的要求需要看所在国的国家法规。

丹麦的规定：
Stationary pressure equipment such as containers, piping, safety accessories and pressure accessories are covered by the rules in the European Parliament and Council Directive 97/23/EC of 29 May 1997 on pressure equipment. In Denmark the Danish Working Environment Authoritys, Arbejdstilsynets, rules are implemented through Executive Order No. 694 out of 10. June 2013 on design of pressure equipment. See Executive order.

Pressure equipment and assemblies must meet the requirements in annex 1 of the executive order, in which the essential safety requirements are described, including requirements for the design, manufacture and materials of the equipment.

Before pressure equipment may be placed on the market, it must go through one of the conformity assessment procedures defined in annex 3 of the directive, after which the equipment can be CE-labelled as proof that the equipment is manufactured in compliance with the European requirements for safety, health and the environment.

Enterprises that perform conformity assessment must in Denmark be appointed as a notified body by Arbejdstilsynet on the basis of accreditation.

USE OF PRESSURE EQUIPMENT
In Denmark the area is covered by Arbejdstilsynets Executive Order No. 100 of January 31, 2007.

The executive order relates to stationary pressure equipment and assemblies in which are contained or may evolve fumes or gases with pressure greater than 0.5 bar, as well as liquids with a temperature that causes the vapour pressure to be greater than 0,5 bar. The executive order lays down the requirements for the control of equipment design and installation as well as subsequent periodic inspections. See the executive order.

Pressure equipment, for example pressure vessels, steam boilers and piping, must be classified to a control class in accordance with the executive order. From the control class is determined the extent of examination before and during use.

The tests must be carried out by an inspection body accredited by DANAK or an equivalent recognized accreditation body. Accreditation is given according to the standard DS/EN ISO/IEC 17020 as a type A inspection body with additional requirements set out in annex 2 to the Executive order No. 100.

The inspection body shall carry out setup control of equipment in control class A and B prior to first time use or after modification, repair or relocation. The inspection body shall subsequently carry out periodic tests with defined intervals in order to ensure that the device continues to meet the requirements for design and deployment and is maintained in accordance with the applicable rules.

QUALIFIED COMPANY
If, for example in a steam boiler installation, special, suitable safety and control equipment is included, this equipment must undergo main overhaul by a qualified company that has a certified quality system, built up after DS/EN ISO 9001 for the specific activity.

Certification of this system must be carried out by a certification body that is accredited after DS/EN ISO/IEC 17021 - Conformity assessment- requirements for bodies providing audit and certification of management systems.

SELF-MONITORING
Periodic inspections of pressure vessels, steam boilers, piping and devices of control class A and B can be carried out by companies as self-monitoring in accordance with the provisions of Executive Order No. 100, annex 6 on self-monitoring by the use of a certified quality system.

The quality system must be certified by an accredited certification body, which carries out annual inspections as well as unannounced visits at the company in order to ensure that the quality system is working properly.

至少应该咨询一家欧盟境内的NB（比如FORCE Certification A/S)。

出口美国，按照NBBI NB23 PART 3-Repairs and Alterations.(最新版本2017)。维修资格要求"R"印。还可能有当地州的其他要求。

出口到其他国家，就得看具体是哪国了。
