UHX-13.4(3) When differential pressure design is specified by the user or his des-ignated agent, the design shall be based only on design loading case 3 and operating loading cases 3 and 4 for each specified operating condition. If the tube side is the higher-pressure side, 𝑃𝑃𝑡𝑡 shall be the tube side design pressure and 𝑃𝑃𝑠𝑠 shall be 𝑃𝑃𝑡𝑡 less the differential design pressure. If the shell side is the higher-pressure side, 𝑃𝑃𝑠𝑠 shall be the shell side design pressure and 𝑃𝑃𝑡𝑡 shall be the 𝑃𝑃𝑠𝑠 less the differential pressure. For the operating loading cases, the differential pressure and the indi-vidual operating pressures shall not exceed the values used for design. 当用户或其指定代理人规定按压差设计时，对每一个给定的操作条件，只能根据设计工况3 以及操作工况3 如4 进行设计。如果管程侧是较高压力侧，Pt 是管程侧的设计压力，且Ps 应该是Pt 减去设计压差。如果壳程侧是较高压力侧，Ps 应是壳程侧的设计压力，且Pt 应是Ps 减去设计压差。对操作载荷工况，压力差和单个的操作压力应不超过设计工况使用的值。
