Can you recommend Chinese material for structure for this temperature.
This project will be made in China with local material supply. And also plates and sections will be used. I think hart to get sections.

If you don't want too much issues, maybe 304 is better, because sometimes, you choice the Carbon and Carbon alloy material, you offen getting some welding and NDT issues, and even sometimes, low temp service is very sensitive to surface mechanical damage, such as arc strike... etc.

You almost cannot avoid this risk, so choice 304, you will no any issues later, offcouse, you should have the burge.

You shouldn't find answer here, like this situation, sometimes, in China, wrong people, wrong job, paper means nothing.

You need find professional people and they allway well pay and hard to get.

如低温钢类的，且要理解客户（项目所在地）spec的要求情况下做出选择和评估
而且，海洋工程项目，一般都会有船级社的要求，是否还要参考DNV的规范？
根据目前信息，只能帮你到这里了！

今天刚看到GB3531《低温压力容器用低合金钢板》里面09MnNiDR，可以使用到-70℃，我也没用过，供楼主参考。
