某外资项目中,一台设备疲劳载荷循环次数为260万,超过了JB4732的疲劳设计方法的上限。采用了基于等效结构应力的疲劳设计方法对该设备进行评定,分享如下(外资项目,报告为英文版):Fatigue Assessment of Welds:
According to ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, Section VIII, Div. 2, an equivalent structural stress range parameter is used to evaluate the fatigue damage for results obtained from the linear elastic stress analysis. The controlling stress for the fatigue evaluation is the structural stress that is a function of the membrane and bending stresses normal to the hypothetical crack plane. The equivalent structural stress range parameter for an individual cycle can be computed using the equations in ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, Section VIII, Div. 2, part 5.5.5. The permissible number of cycles based on the equivalent structural stress range parameter can be determined according to the fatigue curves for
welded joints provided in ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code, Section VIII, Div. 2, Annex 3.F, paragraph 3.F.2. Fatigue damage is calculated for the actual number of repetitions k n using the following equation:
Accumulated fatigue damage is computed using the following equation. The location along the weld joint is suitable for continued operation if this equation is satisfied:
