TABLE 1 CHEMICAL REQUIREMENTS
Manganese(B): Grade 70
1⁄2 in. [12.5] and under:
Heat analysis 0.85–1.20
Produc analysis 0.79–1.30
Over 1⁄2 in. [12.5 mm]:
Heat analysis 0.85–1.20
Product analysis 0.79–1.30
NOTES:
(B) For each reduction of 0.01 percentage point below the specified maximum for carbon, an increase of 0.06 percentage point above the specified
maximum for manganese is permitted, up to a maximum of 1.50% by heat analysis and 1.60% by product analysis
材料质量证明书上含 Mn 量达 1.40% 是否合格和下面几个因素有关:
1)材料厚度;
2)熔炼(炉前)分析还是成品分析;
3)与材料质量证明书上的含 C 量。
例如:材料质量证明书上 厚度 10mm 熔炼(炉前)分析: C 0.20% Mn 1.40% ------
C 0.27%---0.20%=0.07%
Mn 1.20%+0.06%X7=1.62% 最大只能是1.50% 材料质量证明书 Mn 1.40%
结论:该材料含 Mn 量合格。
