• vendor qualification :   1) establishand keep QAQC system for ASME—subsection B of UG90, 2) get ASME U qualification certificate from ASME organization, 3)NB
• Ustamp for production: 1) vendor qualification; 2) inspector perform inspectionand test with witness point or review point: subsection B of UG90
• inspector: from A.I, client or end user, TPA
• Inspection and test activity for inspector: subsection C of UG90
  Part2: UW-46
  CANCEL, or remove all relative of welding item from UG90 toWU-46.
  And remark welding head is required U stamp , while weldlesshead is not required U stamp.
  Part3: UCS-90
