悬赏10分请教UCS-79中Rf和R0 怎么理解? 例如内径1000mm 厚度10mm 腐蚀裕量1mm,2:1椭圆形封头 封头最小厚度9mm 计算书如下
筒体:Cylindrical Shell From 10 To 20 SA-516 70 , UCS-66 Crv. B at 93 C
Material UNS Number: K02700
Required Thickness due to Internal Pressure [tr]:
= (P*R)/(S*E-0.6*P) per UG-27 (c)(1)
= (0.690*501.0000)/(137.90*1.00-0.6*0.690)
= 2.5125 + 1.0000 = 3.5125 mm
Max. Allowable Working Pressure at given Thickness, corroded [MAWP]:
= (S*E*t)/(R+0.6*t) per UG-27 (c)(1)
= (137.90*1.00*9.0000)/(501.0000+0.6*9.0000)
= 2.451 MPa
Maximum Allowable Pressure, New and Cold [MAPNC]:
= (S*E*t)/(R+0.6*t) per UG-27 (c)(1)
= (137.90*1.00*10.0000)/(500.0000+0.6*10.0000)
= 2.725 MPa
