B4.2 容器超压限度以及泄放装置的动作压力
B4.2.1 当容器上安装一个泄放装置时,泄放装置的动作压力应不大于设计压力,并且该空间的超压限度应不大于设计压力的10%或者20KPA 中的较大值。
B4.2.2 当容器上安装多个泄放装置时, 其中一个泄放装置的动作压力应不大于设计压力,其他泄放装置的动作压力可提高,但是不得超过设计压力的4%。 该空间的超压限度应不大于设计压力的12% 或30 KPA 中的较大值。
B4.2.3 当容器有可能遇到火灾或者接近不能预料的外来热源而可能酿成危险时,应安装辅助的泄放装置,以使容器内超压的限度不超过设计压力的16%。

UG-125(C) All pressure vessels other than unfired steam boilers should be protected by a pressure relieving device that prevents the pressure from rising more than 10% or 3 psi (which is greater) above the maximum allowable working pressure (MAWP),except as permitted in UG-125(c)(1) and (c)(2).
UG-125(C)1 When multiple pressure relief devices are provided and set in accordance with UG-134(a), they must prevent the pressure from rising more than 16% or 4 psi, whichever is greater, above the MAWP.
UG-125(C)2 where an additional hazard can be created by exposure of a pressure vessel to fire or other unexpected sources of external heat, supplemental pressure relief devices shall be installed to protect against excessive pressure. Such supplemental pressure relief devices shall be capable of preventing the pressure from rising more than 21% above the MAWP. the same pressure relief devices can be used to satisfy the capacity requirements of (c) or (c) (1) and (c)(2) , provided that the pressure setting requirements of UG-134(a) are met.

UG-134(a) if a single valve is used, it must be set at a pressure not higher than the MAWP. When more than one valve is used to meet the required relieving capacity, then only one valve need be set at or below the MAWP.
UG-134(b) Protective devices permitted by UG-125(C)(2) (such as fire case) can be adjusted to operate at a pressure not greater than 110% of MAWP. However, if such a device is used to meet the requirements of both UG-125(c) and UG-125(C)(2), it should be set to operate at not more than MAWP. |
